Day 13 No pills

I can't not believe how much better I am. Focused, alive, appetite etc. I never thought id feel good again. Have my moments but feeling amazing, string and happy. OMG who knew. I'll keep fighting every day. How is everyone??

Hi, I am a new member as of today, I just really realized that I need to overcome this addiction, I am so moved to hear that you are on day 13!! I was just wondering, did you do cold turkey or taper?

Congrats on Day 13! Its amazing all the subtle changes that you start noticing. In the beginning for me,,food tasted so different,,Id notice the smell outside and felt the wind on my face. Those were just a few things that I never really paid attention to. Remember to keep your guard up at all times. Esp now. Hopefully you already have a strong safety net/ support system in place. Thats all you need to overcome this addiction. Its literally a lifestyle change that you have to work at each and every day. Again,,congrats on 13 days! ((hugs)) ~Bkitty

Congrats on day 13!   You are well on your way to living life the right way.... Drug free!  Great job and keep posting.
