Just sayin hi...
I haven't posted in a few days because I just recently went back to work after recovering from an on-the-job injury. (Difficult adjusting to the sober work life lol)
Anyway it's day 16 off the sh*t and I feel pretty good. No more w/d. Still not getting a full night's sleep though. Also sneezing and yawning alot still. No big deal. I still have cravings and I'm still pretty depressed but optimistic and hopeful. I am convinced now that things will get better, it's just going to take time. Like they say in NA, "We didn't become addicts in one day." I'm staying active and positive.
No questions today. I more or less wanted to thank everyone here for their posts and responses to mine because this forum has and continues to be absolutely NECESSARY for my recovery. Although I don't post often, I am here lurking EVERY DAY. I am as addicted to this website as I was to painkillers. I thank God for stumbling across this website and God bless all of you for your strength, courage, and moral support. You helped save my life. And I don't even know who any of you are.

Back at ya, Oxy...I think a lot of us stumbled onto this site, broken and beaten..but are walking away getting better and built up!!! It has been a godsend to me, also!!!

This "joisey" boy is looking forward to watching his New York Giants win a Superbowl tomorrow. And best of all I will be sober for it! Thanks again for all of your support and lets all continue to conquer this monster together!
