another day - good for you!!! and so awsome you were able to get the support from your wife. i was really glad to read that...
as for the sleep, honestly, if it were me i'd say do whatever it takes. the lack of sleep makes it all a little harder, so if there's something you can take to get you some zzz's (Tylenol PM is pretty good) i say do it. the sleep will do wonders.
regardless, HURRAY for you! keep up the good work my friend... you will feel much better now as each day passes... really!

Get some melatonin. It says 3mg, but up to 10mg is OK. Any supplement store. It really helps the sleep.

from all ive read here , melanomin will help with the sleeping. i think goingtomakeit can tell ya how many milligrams you can take. congrads and keep ur chin up...
