Has anyone else noticed skin tone change?

I've noticed that since I've been clean, and during my using period, I have become extremely pale...I hate it.  My eyes are not as bright and my skin sometimes looks almost gray....I've always had an olive skin tone and now it's like I'm wearing funeral make up.....what's going on? Is there away to get my skin/eyes bright again?

An aspirin a day keeps the skin cells away? It thins blood and did you know it helps if you ever get sunburned. I have never heard of it for an exfoliator. I bet it works great.

Try crushing up aspirin and add it to and mix it with water. brush it on your face or use a cotton swab........let it stand for as long as possible.........hour or two if you can.  apply facial cleanser and massage it in.......keep out of eyes.  the aspirin will act as an exfoiante  too........skin will never feel so soft.  use twice a week.

nauty........

well    you can get it at larachem.com already mixed in a 50% or 70% solution...expensive...I get 100 % off of ebay for about 16 bucks and mix it with lotion to weaken it.....you start off weaker solution and your skin builds collagen and now I can tolerate alot more...It is not like it makes your face swell up or anything...it doesnt really peel...use it weekly...feels so smooth and you do kinda glow after use....helps fine wrikles and your face feels soft

WARNING:  CAN BE HABIT FORMING   LOL

You might want to go to a supplement store and get some liver & or gall bladder support. It helps to flush them out.

Tanning is a great idea. It raises endorphins, lowers cholesterol while making vitamin D. It lowers blood pressure for a few hours and the light therapy does wonders for the mood. And you also get tan. What more could you ask for?

I have been clean for 65 days, after using for nearly 10 years.  I haven't noticed anything different with my face of skin, thankfully.  I'm fair-skinned, and always pale during the winter months anyway.  Can't wait until summer, so I can get my light bronze tan back..Lol!  However, I have noticed a big change in my hair since detox.  The growth has slowed significantly.  Body hair too (love the less time w/the razor!) And that's not all.  About three years ago, I started getting gray hairs here and there.  No big deal. Now, since detox, I see a ton, A LOT coming in.  I was plucking the few that I see when I felt like it, but now, I'd have a pretty thin head of hair if I actually tried taking the time to do it now.  It's still in mainly the roots, a few inches up from my scalp, but as my hair is getting longer, it's getting much more noticable.  My hair is dark blonde, and I'm only 36...lucky me.  Has anyone else had this happen after getting clean??

The last time I glowed, I was pregnant. A long, long time ago. And that ain't happening again in this life time.

Girl, you literally made me laugh out loud..."now that is one ugly broad"...i just pictured you standing in the mirror and being so matter of fact about it.....u are not ugly! But i do think our skin needs something a little extra to bring back that boost....for the record...i too wake up feeling that way....i didn't really notice it until i saw pictures of myself in groups of people...when i would sit next to them and look at them in person i'd think..."dang that girl is pale.." and than id' see a picture of me sitting next to her and be like...WOA...now that is one pale broad....lol....keep posting....worried, how did you glow? I mean what methods did u use...? or was it just natural?

I know what you mean. The last 2 years I am just looking bad. I look in the mirror and think "now thats one ugly broad".  I don't know about you  but I sure hope ugly is reversable.

I have noticed a change in my skin too. It looked better while I was using. I think maybe some exercise and sweat will help me.

Congrat's on a year ! Wow that is great.  Have you had a physical ?  How is your diet ? At this point I don't think it would have anything to do with the pills. Maybe some vitamins and drink alot of water.  I really don't know though. sorry

How long have you been clean?  Your skin should start looking better by about 2 weeks.  At least mine and my sister's did.  It is amazing how the pills destroy your looks.  I had horrible dark area's around my eyes and my hair started thinning and was really dry.
