Need Help Been A Long time

What up all, it sure has been a long time, quick version- while lifting in the gym felt something not right in my neck.
Went to doc. cort inj/ hdro. gave to wife to give me on sched. MRI disc c-5 c-6 c-7 had to be fused.
Had surg. may 5th. All good on that front. From my very first DR appt jan 4th until surg may 5th I have been on some kind of pain pill(getting bigger as I went oxycodone) My wife would give them to me but there were also times I took a few to many. I went down to vicodin 5mg last sun a.m. since then AWFUL I mean it. I know the whole protocal but it is still kill`n me. Thought I was ok doing it mostly by the book.
I hope Someone here still remembers me?                 PS  Trying like crazy to find B.O.L.D for CHRIST.
