That is a scientist and works on clinical trials, She was working for a MAJOR drug company, and was fired for her findings on a drug that was having side effects. This drug was put in production, and now there are news stories of heart attacks and they are being sued. This was known WAY ahead of time. This is the 3rd time she has been fired for telling what she found. She is suing another major drug company for wrongful termination, and they are trying to settle. . It is very scary.
Well you are not just having pain from w/d then, you are in pain because of a chronic condition. This makes it VERY hard to cope, or even just make simple decisions when you hurt let alone have it coming at you both ways. Good luck to you, you can make it.

It is so hard. After all we have to go through to detox, then go through depression, no sleep and all that for a long long time, we should be rewarded w/a something euphoric but natural that your body would produce and make us proud that we made the choice.
I know the pain sucks.I am 11 days off subox and my pain level has improved.I was having pain in every joint before coming off.I think you will feel better. But my back pain is still around and I guess we will have to find new ways to deal with it.If you are having nerve pain, cymbalta & lyrica work pretty well.Good luck, stay strong.
Heck yeah it's hard, and painful, and traumatic all at once. You're doing a great job!!!!!!! GO YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
:)
I agree with your thoughts!! I wish they could come up with something that could control pain without the addiction issue. I deal with many health issues which all include chronic pain so now I'm in a position of wondering how in the hell I will get through this!!
My personal opinion is that the drug companies make these drugs so that we will keep coming back for more. I know some will disagree with me, but I honestly feel that way. It stinks to have chronic pain and be an addict and yet there are so many of us out there!! We end up making a choice between being in serious pain 24/7 or taking more pills. I choose the pain, but since my disease is progressive how long will I be able to have that attitude?? I hope for long enough.
