How many days clean are you? Do you really want to repeat days 1 & 2 again?  

That's what I ask myself when I think about pointing my browser over to score a quick online order of Tramadol.

may i ask you what caused you to relapse? it sounds like your in a vicious cycle right now, but it does not have to go on like this. i do know what a living hell it is, although i did not abuse pills. these drugs really do damage and change our brains for awhile and we are made to believe we can't live without using. right now you need to take this one day, sometimes an hour at a time, but i promise it gets better. everyday that passes we get stronger, but my problem was i never made it that far. what do you think you need to do to STAY clean, it takes a lot work at first, but so worth it. im sorry your having a tough time right now, but you need to fight this with all you have. good to see you posting

I was clean for 7 days then relapsed over the weekend-have been clean for 3 days now. Your right I don't want the stupid thing but even as I write this, I'm crying like a fool because I am so ... I don't know. I want to enjoy life again without them. I need to hear from you all because before I just needed to talk to somebody that knows what a living hell this is. Thank you

are you just recently off the oxy's? right now it's all about determination and willpower. sometimes it really is a battle and all the mind games that we tell ourselves, but im assuming you quit for a reason. think of all those reasons, write them down. keep busy, but do not go back. good to see you post for support, that means you don't really want one:) hang in there

sillywoman. you mite think it would be easy to take any oxy..but, from experience you would be so upset with yourself if you did.  the guilt would keep you from enjoying it...i promise.  it really would not be any fun.  focus on the days clean...every one is a gift.  how many days clean are you?  just keep on going and dont look back.  if you let yourself think about oxy your addict mind will try its best to convince you to use...DONT DO IT.  its not worth it.  i know.

Ask yourself why you are getting clean? Do you want to be under their rule? If not, you can do this. The more you say no, the easier it becomes to stay clean.
It does get better.
