Help please!!!!

Ok so I did something that I would regularly never do. I took Adderall during loratab withdrawal.  I was taking an average of 4-5 10 325's  for the last 3 years and just went cold turkey.  I took 7.5 mg of adderall yest and 10mg today and it's unbelievably helping a ton. I still feel the effects of WD but no where near what it should be!  I took them to get to work I plan to take 10mg for another 2 days and then 2.5 for 2 more and then STOP. just wondering if that is ok to do.  I know using one for the help of another isn't ideal but I just couldn't miss work.  I know me bad I will NOT continue the adderall   So do u think that's ok?

Just don't like it too much. If u are on day 3 then 1-2 more days. Try 8 mg instead of 10 tomorrow. Then the weekend in 1/2 and none on Sunday. You will have a raw stomach for awhile. But the bad stomach should be going away. You did it before. Just remember how much better your life was without it those years. And being able to use that $$$ for your kids is so rewarding too!!  Your really close. Stick in there. Relax this weekend.

I do understand that the emotional part is tough. I've unfortunately been down this road 3 times prior. I went 3 years clean, but then had hip surgery and what did the doc prescribe? 180 7.5 loratabs and after the first pill I was HOOKED again. Uggggg. Of course I didn't say NO either. And I knew at some point I would be right back here trying to cope with this!!!  One good thing with the adderall is that I do have ADHD and this small dose made me focus alot more?  I don't wanna take them but I did like it a little.

The active ingredients in this medication are salts of racemic amphetamine and dextroamphetamine. it can be very addicting.
even if you use this for 7 days or so to get by, and make it to work, it still takes awhile to get feeling good emotionally, have normal sleep etc,and do you have any plans for aftercare , or recovery?
we addicts like the quick fix for everything, instant gratification.abstinence from pills/heroin is defiantly possible ,people do it everyday, but like me alot switch to other compulsions or alcohol without a good recovery program. Its a process, and it takes alot of effort and work , but it is well worth it, hang in there.

Yeah that's what I was hoping to hear!  I don't like the feeling from the adderall but it helps with the WD symptoms, I'm on Day 3 so I'm just about done with the physical symptoms and then the fun starts!  But I can't wait to open up my eyes drug free again very soon!!! I've already saved 800.00 which is going straight to my kids :)

In the same boat. Have tko work. 8-5 mon to fri. If I had Xanax or something to help I would take it too. Just do you stay on the schedule you say and decrease and stop after day 4 or 5. Adderall is addicting too. You do not want to trade one habit for another one. Keep going and next week you should not need need it to get through the day.
