I had it bad too last night. I gave in and took a muscle relaxer and it got me a couple of hours. Took another at 2am and slept till 8. It worked but I didn't want to do it. I wish there was an easy answer. Sorry finnda
i have always had RLS as it runs in my family. the potassium supplements work for me when i'm not in w/d. otherwise i have to practically camp out in the bath tub, as hot as i can stand it. it might only buy me 10 or 15 minutes of stillness.maybe a nap. i would leave the water in the tub cuz sometimes it was still nice and hot the next time i had to get back in. i would get these palsy-like cramps down my entire leg into my toes. it sucked so bad. i am going to remember that. should've taken a picture to remind me. photos of cold turkey. wonder what would come up if i googled that? lol seriously tho, it is going to pass. try and let it with out using. hang in there. k? peace sway
i can't tell u but i had it quite bad for some two weeks or even more, it depends because each one is different . the good thiing is that i felt the aches in my arms too and if yours are mainly in your ankles only, maybe you'll be lucky and they will fade away sooner than mine and in few days you'll feel much, much better . well, this iis for sure, no worry, this will pass too..:).

yeah, i know this tribal dancing during the nights is hooorrible..
have you tried eating lots of bananas ( because of the potasium, good for it ) plus some magnesium.... hot baths before bedtime, epsom salts with them; walks during the day , exercising; hot/ice badges or even something called hylands sold OTC ?
