Cravings Suck!

So after 5 full days the cravings have been kicking my butt all afternoon.  I have not caved, but damn just need my brain to slow down and stop.

The cravings for me usually hit on the weekend, when i'm relaxing, doing chores, and just bebopping around the house.  I keep myself busy, and it usually passes before I know it.  They are there though, wanting me to cave, wanting me to fall, wanting to take control of my life.  Nope, I'm the control freak dammit, I'm in control and running this show... I pray everyday for the strength to say not just no, but H3LL NO to this addiction, to the promise of euphoria through pills... today I won't do it...here's praying for tomorrow.

its may sound stupid but lisren to some positive uplifting music get them hairs on the back of your neck standing up get the endorphines flowing,read some positive quotes and gon for a walk.dont let the cravings fester,kick the living day lights out of them!!
