How can I get off these zanax without loosing my mind?
I'm going through same stuff. How long have you been on it? I've been off and on it for years but never as much as the last 4 years. This reeks!

how much have u been taking and for how long? If for some reason you cannot reach a physician i've known diphenhydramine (active ingredient as both an anti-histamine and sleep aid) you can buy it over the counter as sominex, or excedrin PM or benedryl or many other forms.

Welcome! Congratulations on your decision to get your life back. The safest way is to go through a doctor and get a good taper program going. It takes a while to wean, depending on how much and how long you've been on them. Never quit cold turkey, you can easily go into convulsions. I wish you success!
