Helpful things for detox

Hi, I just wanted to let people know I have found two things that everyone should look into who are in pain!

First is what I feel is a "super food" and it's Turmeric (root) you can get it in liquid or capsules. It really will help with pain, and some people swear it'll cure cancer and what not.

Second is something you add to water called "Hydration Factor" it comes in stick packs much like the instant coffees, you add it to water and it'll hydrate your body MUCH better than water can, it's a deep hydration in your cells, or so I was told at the health food store, tried BOTH, and they both work. Hydration factor also helps a lot with energy, so those of you who can't seem to get out of bed, please look into this.

I tried EVERYTHING from other drugs, to muscle relaxers, to cold meds to 222's, to every vitamin you can name. These are two things I swear by, and if nothing else, PLEASE at least check out the Turmeric Root, it's really amazing stuff. If anyone has any questions on it just shoot me a message. I promise it'll help, and it's GOOD for your body...

Sorry I took so long to reply, the Hydration Factor comes in a stick pack, the same way instant coffee comes. You empty it into water and shake it up. You can buy them online, or at Super Supplements, that is where I bought them.

I am doing well, for anyone that cares lol. I have been using "Hydration Factor" for about 3 weeks now, and I love it. It has a lemon taste, which I'm still getting used to...but it can really make your body feel a lot better. I feel less thirsty all day long while taking it!

I've been doing the tumeric for the last weeks in my juice it does help.  It helps your body with inflamation.  Just throw a table spoon or two in your drink or smoothie and enjoy...

I farmed turmeric in Hawaii, I ate it like carrots and was in the best shape of my life. I'm gonna order a pound or so and try that out. Fresh tumeric is so yummy and packed with lots of good nutrition. Thanks for the reminder, living in the mountains I forgot about all the good tropical foods. I drink plenty of water and electrolytes, but I have a friend in recovery who will not drink water. He doesn't even drink cool aid now he's off opiates. How does that Hydration factor taste?

I'm going to look for some Hydration Factor, I live in the UK so it might not be called that over here, I'm sure there will be an alternative if its not the same. My energy levels are low so I hope this helps, thank you for sharing.

Thank you for this. I am going to check them out. The tumeric root must be a natural anti-inflammatory, huh? Anything that would give a little relief is much welcomed by me!
