12 days now off Oxys...Insomnia is getting to be a real issue, especialy driving home at night. Also my back pain from degenerative disk disease is starting to get worse again. I refuse to take Oxy or any other addictive substance. What else can I take thats stronger than OTCs and is non-habbit forming? Does something like this even exist? I hope everyone is doing well....

i use 800ml ibuprofen...it helps alot.  i also use a heating pad alot.  congrats on your 12 days.  it only gets better.  sleep was a real issue for me as well.   i take sleep formula from gnc, it works great and is all natural.  keep fighting
