Hi everyone , i`ve had some slip ups . I don`t know who`s still on here who remembers me . I really have alot of shame right now as I was doing so well . Just a few here and there nothing like ten or fifteen . Had pain in my knee where I had surgery but I should have just taken Aleve . Probably just an excuse ! Now the anxiety monster is paying me a visit . The funny thing is I always come and read the post to keep me strong and I still fell down . I have never taken more then three 10/500 in a day but I guess my system can`t even handle that anymore . I see names I still remember from 07 and 08 and I hope you are all doing well !  Jimmy

Hi Jimmy, I'm from late 08 and was off for some time during relapse. Welcome back. There are alot of different members who come and go here but it's still a great place for support. I'm glad you are making the decision to quit again. Let go of the shame. It will only take you down further and you need alot of positive energy to get through this. I hope that you keep posting. I find that talking about my addiction with other recovering addicts who understand helps alot more than just reading the posts. Just holler if you need anything. Corey
