How long does it stay in my system?

I was wondering how long clonazepam, temazepam, stay in your system?  If you take it at night to sleep - will it still be in system in the morning?

It shouldn't it is a short acting med .Be very careful don't stay on them to long they are highly addictive

yes - I only take it in the evening, but I am afraid it is adding to my lack of energy.  If I am taking it every night - does it ever leave my system?
If I only take it at night - will I still go through withdrawal - I only take 15 - 30 mg's.
