ya'll may remember me from befoer and the xanax horrors well any way long stroy shor got mixed up with hydros 7.5/325 have been clean for six days but my anxiety and pounding heart are still gettitn to me along with very little sleep how much longer does it last i am gettint desperate

yes i was totally off xanax only taking the hydro,i am terrified of the xanax but have taken 4 in 6 days to help with anxiety but ia am so afraid of the xanax i really don't want to take it it is only 0.5 mgs but everytime i take it ia remember what i went through getting off i just want to know how much longer the anxiety ,heart pounding and chest tightness will last

Great job on 6 days!!! Usually WD last for about 5-7 days depending upon your body's metabolism. Were you completely off xanax and just taking hydrocodone? Try to relax and do some to get your mind off it. Maybe take a walk, yoga, meditate, something to relax you. You should be soon over the worst of WD from hydrocodone. I am not sure of your past, but seeing a doctor or therapist to help with anxiety may help. Again, 6 days!! that is awesome!!!

I am sorry but I do not remember you. Of course that means nothing, people come and go here like the wind.

In any case, anxiety is non uncommon. While we are using our brain chemistry becomes altered and when we stop we can experience many different symptoms.

I would be concerned about your heart pounding as that is not normal and I think you should get to your doctor ASAP for a good check-up.

sorry to bump this to the top but I am looking for answeres here can anyone help and give me some idea how long the pounding heart chest tightness and anxiety will last? Thanxs in advance
