How to do a proper weaning of 30 mg roxys

My friend has  been using 30mg roxys for a month....the last two weeks were the worst, 3-4 a day.....now he has six left. Was going to take just one today, next two days 3 quarters of one, then next three days a half, ect. Is that the right way to do a quick weaning? and will he still be sick?

That's a great idea............hes been a close friend for awhile now. Hes coming over later ill talk to him then. I know this sight was my only support when I quit the methadone.

He will feel like crap for a few days.  Immodium is good for diarrhea too.  The more he can get up and move around the better he will feel.  Would he be willing to come to the forum and talk to us?

Thanks ill let him know. Ive never done roxys so I didn't know what to tell him.

We cant give tapering schedules out on the forum.  He will feel the wd's.  Make sure he is drinking enough fluids.  Those protein drinks(Ensure) are good during this time.  Hot baths or showers will help the aches.
