Hydro Hell help
I never thought I would be writing this but I'm sure none of you did either. 2 weeks into a 5 year hydro 10's run about 10 a day. I still can't kick the low energy, sweats and body aches. When will I see the light at the end of the tunnel?? I thought about going to a suboxine dr tomorrow. Just don't want another addiction.
There's no point in going to Suboxin now. None at all. The energy returns but you need to go after it! You have to force yourself to move and exercise. It's the only way. Otherwise it will take awhile.
Oh, I failed to mention I stopped a 15 year drinking problem too. How could I forget. :-/ the hydro hell over shadows the alcohol...that's a bold statement I just realized.
