Day 19..whoop~whoop

Hey All,
Thanks for listening to me whine yesterday AND the day before. Sorry just 2 really really toguh days.
I ahd an epiphany last night through someone else's post. I was pissed off and depressed because I no longer have anythign to look forward to (the pills). Is that THE most ridiculous thing you've ever heard?!? I have EVRYTHING to look forward to and today I am looking up and moving forward. I am grateful for the post though. It help me to idetify what I was feeling in my gimpy brain lately.
I wonder if anyone is still having leg cramping and slight body ache after 19 days. It seems like it would be gone by now, but I really dont know. I just started with vitamins yesterday and have been doing like 15 mins of exercise daily.
Thanks again! XXOO

Hey girlie!! Congrats on the big 19!!!!!! YOU have been an inspiration. Keep those posts coming!

Leg cramps, yes. I have them, so I take potasium. It helps tremendously, as well as Bstress complex.

You are doing a phenomenal job, sister. Stay true to your course, and keep looking at the big picture.

Love
Amy

Way to go sweatnit congrats on the 19 days !!   I started taking bonemeal its super cheap and it helped me with my muscle ache along with aleve. It is hard though to remember to take a pill that isn't like a ride at the fair.  It does take time for your body to stop telling you HEY MAN PAIN OVER HERE MEDS ????   It will adjust .  That's why they tell you in meetings to give it 90 days.
I felt at times like I lost my best friend. Then I would tell myself, would your best friend take everything away from you even your sanity.
