Not really a question, but I am also an addict.  I've been taking 7.5mg. 20+ per day for four years, did could turkey for 9 days, couldn't stand it, now a year later up to 14 a day, and cold turkey again.  What a **** up!!!! God I could just die, feel so stupid, want mmmooorrreee.....

Taking walks in between feeling miserable, helps. Drink lots of fluids, eat lots of bananas. Immodium is good, take as needed for comfort. Diarrhea is a good thing, it rids the body of toxins.

Posting helps so much.

I read the "Thomas Recipe" but can't sit for four days.  Did get the Immodium though, cause last time was terrible....I sound like a knowitall, ha. NOT.  Can't tell if I am posting these right, my head is all fizzy, think I'm just sending them right back at myself.....can't really concentrate right now.....must go take a HHHOOOOTTT shower, can't stop the shivers.....YUCH!@@@##$%^%^Does feel good to chat....not so alone..........

I am taking the stupid things because of chronic pain in my shoulder, then of course for the buzz...didn't start that way but I guess no one did....and the vicious cycle starts....seen it happen to a lot of people....and of course me.

Take a look at the health pages here near the top right of page. Look up the Thomas recipe and see if it may help you. Seriously, look into aftercare. We relapse because we haven't gotten the support needed to break the cycle.

I am really sorry that you want more....that will obviously present problems. Are you taking them for the buzz or for a pain issue? Problematically, at some point it wont matter how many pills you've got or why you are taking them - they won't work and you will probably just want more again. Hopefully you will learn this in an easier manner than I did. I had to wake in an ER with my son asking the Doc "Is my dad gonna die?" - Being on life support isnt that much fun..All the best to you - keep posting

Yup, trying again to quit....feeling sorry for myself, had to work today, one of three jobs I have to support me and my two daughters, didn't think I would make it, but did, how I did I do not know...hope I'm going to make it too!!!!!

Hard to say if you are trying to quit or not? I hope so. It will run your life, but you know that. Have you tried joining NA?
