Welcome to the forum...there's lots of help and support here.

You have a few options to stop...ct(cold turkey) or taper (greadually decrease the dose).
You are experiencing wd's (withdrawals) and it will ge towrse before it gets better..but there are many things to help make it more comfortable.
Let us know what you want to do>
YOU CAN DO THIS!!!
I know how you are feeling right now, have been there to many times to count on tabs (lortab). Take them to make you happy but they leave you sad, take them for energy but they drain every last ounce out of you, life is slipping thru your hands and you cant grab on to stop it, and it seems there no way to get off them. No it's not easy to quit and everyone has their bottom before they try, but you have to make up your mind thats the party is over and your going to give it a shot. The first week or 2 can be the worst days of your life, but if you can write down a recovery plan with some goals in mind like renew a relationship, get in shape again, change the places and ppl that enable you or provide you the meds, you will have something to focus on during your detox and w/d's. There is tons of support here to help you get thru this but as said you can look into inpatient treatment or other medications to help with the w/d's. No one here knows you from Adam so feel free to ask for help. We all are in need some help here from trying to beat an addiction to a family member trying to understand an addiction.
You can go cold turkey, or you can taper...but that is very difficult. Have you considered inpatient treatment?
There is always someone here to help hun, be patient....
