I would try walking a before bed. Good luck to u. I also heard there is something called hylands for RLS. I think thats the name.  Never tried it myself. Walking works for me. Also try to stay active.  I know its hard but it helps keep ur mind off the withdrawals. Hope this helps u. Take care.!

Mine was so bad, I finally had to call my doctor and get my RLS script refilled.  My message got lost on her desk and it was 4 days til she got back to me.  This was before I told her about my addiction.  I take a medication that is non addictive and stops the RLS in 30 minutes.  If you want to know more message me and I will give you the name.  Has few side effects and really works.

Walking a little bit really helps with RLS. I tried the Aleve and it did nothing for me. Walking is what really helped my legs, especially at night. It may sound crazy cuz I know how little motivation everyone has when detoxing. I'm tapering down and almost done with that but still dont feel great. The withdrawls are tolerable except for the dreaded restless legs. I hate those. My legs wont stop kicking at night. UGH they suck. So I did try the walking (I have a treadmill that I havent used in years, but I'm using it now) and it really helps tire them legs out. Good luck to you and god bless!!!!!
