Hi and hope you can sleep soon. I take tylenol pm as benadryl made me feel terrible in the morning (very jittery). Not sure why the tylenol pm works better but it has helped me. Plus I need ibuprofen for my pain so the tylenol helps with the pain and gives me a rest from taking too many ibuprofen in a day. I tried melatonin, calms forte, magnesium and chinese herbs for sleep but nothing else worked for me as well. Again, I hope you can get some zzzzs.

I took melatonin and unisom.  They worked great.  Slowly my sleep schedule got back to normal.  I hope you get some rest, it does get better.  Good luck to you.

A few OTC things that have worked for many people are melatonin, valerian root, and Benadryl.  Some OTC aids are just Benadryl but marketed differently.  Chamomile tea can also help relax you.

Just hang in and some others will be up. I am not sleeping to good tonight.
I usually can I started taking cal, magnz and Ds to help sleep. Somepeople say Melatonin. I get RelaxaMag (Magnz) from wellness resources my mom uses a Homeopathic called Insomulex, There are Teas too! Sleep seems to be a big one in our recovery,151 days and I still have a few restless nights here and there.
Hang in it does get better!
