Would it be bad to buy Valium to help with detox? I'm on day 5. I was wondering if it would be pointless as of now?

Can you get some Clonidine (a blood pressure med that helps with opiate WD) from a dr?  where are you getting the valium from?

Are you afraid of relapsing?

I'm mainly just really stressed and anxious. And my cravings are still intense. Every minute is a battle.

I agree with Gnarly. It won't help you right now. Look for some natural remedies at the pharmacy or health food store. Valerian root is pretty good stuff;I'd start there!

if your at day 5 say away from it benzos come with there own can of worms and it is very ez to become cross addicted best to leave them alone congrats on 5 days your off to a good start keep it clean no need to add poison to youir body thats why they call it detoxing......good luck and God bless......Gnarly
