Im happy to say aloneandempty1 is one month clean from coke. she said today she is feeling good and just starting to face some of her problems head on. she has come so far since she got here a couple months ago and i just want to say CONGRATS. you should be so proud of yourself and even though at times it's tough, you know it's worth it. great job L, keep going.

I can not even begin to explain how wonderful I feel. I worked two jobs today. My entire body hurts, I am exhausted, and it feels great to know that this is how a normal person should feel after working hard. Even a few days ago, I was feeling guilty for missing drugs, and I know that the struggle is far from over, but right now I feel great. For the first time since I started, I can honestly say I feel like I am better off. I feel stronger, healthier and happier than I have in a long time. I actually get a rush from facing the problems that I have been hiding from all these years and one at a time I am overcoming each of them. I feel amazing tonight!
