Hardly this simple. You will have some withdrawals. I was only on for 6 months. 10 days to be semi-normal. Others will come and tell you what supplements. I just advise to get some exercise in and baths. A short walk will do you wonders. Its not simple, but it is worth it. Its also very doable. Many have accomplished this feat.

I also took about 10-12 lortab a day and it was for energy. I know it is scary quiting. I did both I went to a detox center and relapse one month later, then I detoxed on my own cold turkey. I think everyone is different as far a withdrawal symptoms. But I know in my case it took about 5-7 days to get through the physical withdrawals, but the mental took a lot longer.  I know people on here have taken vitiams and they seemed to help.  I didn't know about then when I was withdrawing so I pretty much just stayed in bed with some exersice. Good luck and wish the best for you.
