I know this isn't a question, but if you can't sleep......get "SLEEP FAST", I swear by it and I'm coming off methadone after 9 years. You can buy it for $14.00 at Walmart in the herbal section and the package is a large dark blue pyramid type shape.It contains Passionflower liquid & melatonin in capsules, you can see the liquid in the clear capsules.This **** really works. I have to take 3-4 capsules, but because everyone is different I suggest 1 until you know how it will effects you. And it works VERY FAST.

I tried melatonin tea and didn't feel it did anything.
