Back pain after norco WD?

I quit CT off norco a week ago.  Having some anxiety attacks that my doc is not helping me with, but that's another story!
My back has been hurting pretty bad for 2 days now. I was merely addicted to the norco's, I did not take them for any pain (after a while.)
Is this a WD symptom?
Obviously advil does nothing for me now.. my body is too use to pres. drugs, over the counter stuff doesn't work.

I think some Dr.s would tell you it is still a possible withdrawl symptom and to use a heating pad or some other otc back patch.  I do not know abt chronic back pain, mine is everywhere !   If it persists then go see the Dr again and see what he will do for you.  It might be stress related or not enough fluid intake.  Yes, we know that the otc pain meds don't quite cut-it like the opiates did.  :(  But we need to do everything we can do to stay away from them.  If the back issue does not clear up then I would definately see my Dr.  You are so early out of withdrawl that it very well could be a lingering symptom.

Yes, it's a withdrawal symptom. Usually, the pain will get worse during early withdrawals and then get gradually better as you gain clean time. By 3 weeks or so most of the pain should subside. The only other scenario is that you've injured your back while on the pain pills and they masked the symptoms. That's pretty unlikely however.
