I'm back and STILL CLEAN!

You all can do it! Ive been clean since 7/07 i was taking 5 oxy 40's between 10-16 roxy's a day along with 5 perc 10's and 6 bars of xanax every day i quit cold straight up and it was hell for 3 months i'm just being honest SLEEP was my biggest problem i just want to let everyone that i used to talk to know i'm here and i have NOT relapsed and for those that are trying to get clean all i can say is STICK WITH IT you did not get there overnight and recovery is not a fast process! Keep that in mind so if you are not ready to do it dont even attempt it.  Oh yea and make sure you have tons of support and keep posting!
you are worth it
you can do it
you WILL DO IT
