I'm back....Help

There are alot of new people here i see, I'm glad you found the forum to help.I'm been coming here for close to a year but stopped coming here 6 weeks ago when I got hurt from a horse riding accient.Was clean for a while then the accident. Been on norco for the broken bones pretty heavy. Well today is day 1 again. I know I can make it, I made it before. Thanks for listening. Plymouthgirl
