I never had the restless legs thing because I used clonidine. The sleep thing does get better. If you can sleep during the day..naps..etc, do it. Any sleep is good sleep. Many are afraid to sleep in the day because it might affect night sleep. Maybe, maybe not, but sleep is good...anytime.
... my guess is you're ok on the acetominaphine (sp?) if you were eating vic's, you were eating alot more aceto-stuff then...
that i don't know...
but i can tell you the sleep problems after/during w/d's is a freakin drag. i am taking double what i would normally take to knock me out, and i am still sleeping bad. and i'm on day 14...
it's just gonna suck for awhile... i know. but what else can we do? i know soon it will get better...

Im just not thirsty. I try. Like Ive been drinking chia tea. Alot of it today and im feeling better but im still going to get some fluids tonight. Also I have been taking tylenol pm to sleep but its not working so I just took some nyquil. I'm still not tired. Is it ok to be takin so much acetamenphene (sp)?
hey buddy, why aren't you drinking tons of fluids?? to hydrate yourself?
as for the RLS.. everyone is different. i never had it, while some had it for weeks. eat banana's, get a script for it if you have to, etc. there are ways to help the RLS.
