Doing ok u guys,still have stomach issues. Struggling with living sober.alot of anger Lately. Strong anger issues is this normal. I dont know who I am anymore.

Gray job on your days. I'm sorry you are having a rough time. Like the others said it will get better. Your emotions will be very strong and all over the place, but you got this.

Sorry to hear about the stomach issues!  I was nauseous until about 28 days in!  It was not fun but now that its gone I am so much better!!!  My emotions were all over the place during detox!  It really will get better...they sort of level out!!!  Like Gnarly said doing aftercare really helps!  Im going to AA and Na meetings, seeing a counselor and doing a dual diagnosis group.  All are helping me so much!!!  Its really important that you find some support outside of here!!!!  Keep hanging on!!!!

Hi when I detoxed my emotions where all over the plase I was cranky tired and got angry from the stupids things then you get sad listen to a song and you cry  go figure this is all normal and it will come to pass have you though about aftercare yet  N/a works for me it has a lot of advantages of other programs you have a plase to share with other addicts that will understand  you can listen to others and you will see similarity in the way you think and the 12 steps will free you from the train wreck your life has become google a N/A meeting in your area

Howmany days do you have.  Emotions are normal when detoxing. Did you start Suboxone?
