just hang in there....it won't be night time for long....that sun will come up and you will feel better....and i agree with Weaver, you are doing this for you, not your family....so when she sees you are clean and staying clean, she will understand more.  People that don't have the problems we do really don't understand the struggles we face...sad but true.

Almost 100 hrs deep I done peaked with how low I weined myself.... Just need to return to normal... I WILL speed this process up they say workout hydrate and sweat if u can, Ive  force that upon myself for 3 days now.... 1st day not so much.... I got this I got this damn it...

Sun can be very healing and it does feel great. Music is a must! I can't tell you how many days I've sat with my headphones firmly planted on my head. Music can totally change your mood, give you strength, and it is so therapeutic. Keep on rocking out my friend! :)
