In desperate need, day 3 off vicodin
I am on day 3 with no vicodin. I was taking about 9 per day for the last year. PLEASE someone tells me it gets easier. My brother took his own life a few years ago and one of his problems was pills. I have an AMAZING support system. My mom has taken time off work to be with me. My grandma and dad are also here with me. I need help and support so bad. I feel so blah and literally can't eat due to zero appetite. Thankfully I have zero cravings and the last thing I want is a vicodin. Please someone tell me it gets better and I'll find energy again?!
the energy will take a while to come back! I am at day 68 and still fighting for energy! Have you been able to get outside at all? That helped me a lot with feeling better....The aches will go away soon can you take Aleve? Helps me with the pain
I took a shower and still feel icky. I laid in the bath for awhile and my upper back aches so much. Still very little energy :(
Yes the mind game is wanting the pills and telling and coming up with every excuse to use again! Stay strong and prepare your family to help with it!

Thank you! The mind part as in wanting the pills? I couldn't imagine going through this crap again. I lost my only sibling at age 22 and I kid you not this pain is right up there with that. Wow, this weekend was an absolute nightmare
Things should start to turn around for you any day! Be prepared for the mind part of it! I do not want to scare you but the mind games start and you need to be strong keep motivated and busy and you will get threw it!
Ok I am going to force myself to get In the shower. I pray that helps. Yes today is day 4. Do you guys think I'm through the worst of it? Or almost? Thank God my parents are taking care of all my finances until I get better and are supporting me 100%
