In desperate need, day 3 off vicodin

I am on day 3 with no vicodin. I was taking about 9 per day for the last year. PLEASE someone tells me it gets easier. My brother took his own life a few years ago and one of his problems was pills. I have an AMAZING support system. My mom has taken time off work to be with me. My grandma and dad are also here with me. I need help and support so bad. I feel so blah and literally can't eat due to zero appetite. Thankfully I have zero cravings and the last thing I want is a vicodin. Please someone tell me it gets better and I'll find energy again?!

Okay tomorrow ill take a bath with Epsom salt. It's just soooo hard with no energy. I live in oregon and its really Rainey and icky here right now so it's hard to get out in the sun :( just praying I wake up tomorrow feeling a little better :(

Oh wow, you have so much support.  I agree with everyone who said to keep drinking fluids.  Try some ensures or boosts or even Carnation Instant Breakfasts.  They taste so good and are full of vitamins and nutrients that your body is lacking.
Don't worry about not showering.  I think I went a week and even then trying to wash my hair was brutal.  I was too exhausted to raise my arms.

If you take a hot shower or a bath with Epsom salts you will feel so much better. Please force yourself to do that okay?
It is important to stay hydrated juice, water. Protein shakes. You will heal faster if you move around. Force yourself to get up and walk around. Get some sunshine tomorrow and take a small walk around the yard. All of these things will help you feel better. I promise. You can do this.

My back aches so bad. How long will this last?

I just pray I can get energy tomorrow to shower. I have been actually sleeping a lot. My parents have been coming in every few hours to make sure I'm okay

I haven't told my doctor yet. I have never gotten it any other way besides a licensed doctor. I am so thankful for that. I have not told him yet. The reason being; I literally just came clean two days ago. Also, my doctor will be DEVASTATED. My brother fought addiction and was under his care when my brother died. My doctor was terrified I would become addicted but also knew I was in pain. In a few weeks I will tell him.
