If I can cold turkey off of fentanyl patches and oxy yes, you can do it.  take vitamins, drink gatoraide and try hot epson salt baths.   You can do it!

I am currently tapering down from 4 a day and doing the thomas recipe it seem to help you may want to look into that I have taking 10 325 for years and down to 2 and half for about 2 weeks now but If you can do CT go for it I will pray you as I do for all yaw

Yes, day 7 for me. The last 4 months I was doing 8-10 a day. Most w/d's have eased, just can't sleep.

You can do this. Use this site! There are so many who have gone before, both successes and failures. Make that decision and stick to it! You won't regret it.

Yes. How many do you take a day. You can do it. It'll be a crappy 2 weeks but most here have done it. Either Cold turkey or tapered down
