Is my using negatively affecting me?

Started using at twelve, (I'm 15) went to treatment got clean and using once more. Not as bad as before though, marijuana and drinking here and there but close to everyday I'm snorting 20mg of Ritalin. I've read about pulmonary disease. There are pains in my chest sometimes, and my left jugular vein in my neck is a bit tender to touch. It also hurts a little to flex my neck.  I exercise daily at a moderate level, and I smoke cigarettes. I notice it's hard to swallow, as if there's guck back there that I need to hock up but it's hard to.

Yes. It's absolutely negatively affecting you. I'm 35 and have been clean for a year and 6 months. I started using when I was 14. I have lost everything...my kids, my home, my relationships.. It all started exactly where you are today. Just partying a little here and there. Then gradually moving into snorting..if you don't stop, it just grows into this gigantic monster. One day you wake up and your life is ruined. It all blurs together, half my life is a big blurry useless mess. Just stop! It's not worth half a second of your time. You are young. You are female and strong. You have so much time to rule your world. Make it kick a**! Be smart, graduate, and always be your own boss! Make good choices because you are worth good choices! You deserve goodness! Not sore throats and hangovers. Gross. Go live a life that you will want to remember. Dream big and act on it.
