hey girlee...what your feeling is pritty normal being 11 days clean...my drug conslor
calls it "rebound emotions " where all so use to being on an artificial high that once theres no narcotics in your system your emotions dont know witch way to go and usually wind up going up and down...im 87 days into it and still get it sometimes
I find myself feeling things alot more intensely then I should...im never to far from
tears weather they be about something good or bad....I tell my wife I feel like an emotional reck sometimes...it takes some getting use to...also you experence
a real lack of energy early on..it can be debilitating but with time that goes away to
just hang in there....this is one thing that time and God heals but there's no shortcuts
it does get better as time go by you get use to feeling again and its alot better now that I have put some time in it....get some sort of aftercare going weather it be N/A or a good drug conslor having somewhere to vent helps a lot....just hang in there you beet the worst part of it now you just got to get use to dealing with your emotions again good luck and god bless...Gnarly
Ups and downs are just part of the game. Also, remember...normal life is about ups and downs when you aren't numbing yourself out. Keep up the good work...day 7 here and haven't felt this good in over a year.
Same here Day 10 free and clean of Oxycodone But today really down and depressed..Been smoking pot at night to help sleep..But need to get out of this funk!!

I am going through the same thing the past couple days! Today has been great so far! I don't take anything for the swings I just let them take their course and deal with it. I'm on day 6 getting ready to start day 7 so you should be real close to more good than bad. Hang in and fight because the result is fantastic!
ABSOLUTELY normal. I'm on day 12 and sometimes I feel energized and good and sometimes like a slug. If at all possible can you do something active at that moment...like if you're at work, run up and down stairwell. Or brisk walk outside for 10min. Even fricken jumping jacks in the restroom, if you're at work. I swear a quick cardio movement and it helps.
