I LOOK AT MY TRACKER AND AM AMAZED HOW THE DAY BEFORE I STOPPED I SNORTED OVER 500 MG AND THEN STOPPED.  IT HAS NOT BEEN EASY, 16 DAYS CLEAN,  BUT DEFINATELY WORTH IT.
