hey jacqui
i got some ambien cr 12.5 from my doctor yetserday... i havent been sleeping at all anymore.. part of it is my late training, my metabolism doesnt gear down till after midnight, and part of it is all the stuff i have on my mind.. and maybe even part of it is being clean for a few weeks now, i dont know... all i know is i FINALLY got a full night sleep last night from this ambien pill.. i took one pill @ 9:07pm and by 10pm i was out like a friggin light.. i can see how these are habit forming.. i'm worried about trading one addiction for another....
You know another thing that shouldn't be understated here, the look of happiness and excitement on your spouse's face as they see you emerge. I can see it on my husbands' face and hear it in his voice.
Thanks for being proud, but I couldn't have done it without you.
Jacqui
Gotta love the Ronco folks. I say to hell with them though, I could stand a few bucks.
Jacqui
We are all so proud of you. What a wonderful example of sticking it out. What you have done is quite an accomplishment.
You are always helpful hun. I am just so happy to see that you are seeing a light at the end of the tunnel, and that it is not an oncoming train. I am so, so glad that you hung in!!
You are amazingly helpful all the time.
Yeah, I feel better. I exercised yesterday and it bothered my back, but I'm gonna force myself to do it again today right after this fine chicken caesar salad. I'm not dreading the tonight for once either. Hopefully I'll be more helpful to others today.
Jacqui
Maybe this would work for all withdrawals. We should patent it.
Withdrawals made easy, by Ronco. But wait, if you act today you can get two for the same price! Just send $900.00 to me to cover airfare and.........
SLEEP IS GOOD!!!!!
You sound soo much better than a few days ago.... :~)
I don't know I'll even get it. Either way, whack away! I'll try anything right now!
Jacqui : )
I feel so much more sane and hapily await the coming of the new woman. I can't wait to tell my husband he gets another one too. Actually he's noticed a huge difference in me just from weaning off the meds. I DO have a lot more energy and I think despite all of this, I've been more of myself in lots of ways.
I don't care about your gut, I'm still giving kisses.
Jacqui
Jacqui...please hun, be very, very careful with the alprazolam. You know it is addictive and you don't need that.
Listen, since we live so close, I will volunteer to come down there each night and whack you upside the head with a hammer. that will get you some sleep, and it is a great alternative to the Xanax.....
Sleep is so restoring to the soul and body. Soon, you'll be a new woman!
My gut is fine thank you. Albeit, too big.
Anyone's gut drive 'em crazy with all this ****?
Oh yeah baby!!!!!!!!!! While I did't have a script for the alprazolam, I did get the Ambien CR. It took two to do it, but I slept the whole night after that until the 4:30 hubby's alarm went off. I was able to go back to it off and on afterward too! Who knows, maybe sanity will return now. I'm gonna try to get the alprazolam too, the pharmacist told my husband he was gonna call the doc to see about it for me since they told me they had called it in.
Ain't it great?
Jacqui
