Just found out I'm pregnant - withdrawals????

Hi guys, another question for you.  I just found out I'm approx. 5 weeks pregnant. I was taking 2-3 Temgesic 0.2 mcg pills for the last 4 months, the last 5 days I have been completely clean, NO PILLS!!   I am not having any withdrawals, good energy, no depression, feeling pretty good.  BUT, I can't sleep much at night, I have the restless leg syndrome thing going on.  I don't want to take any more pills EVER, but I'm worried the lack of sleep in my first trimester will harm the baby and I'll have a miscarriage.  I had a miscarriage almost 3 years ago which got me on this whole painkiller addiction thing in the first place.  I'm probably getting between 4-5 hours of sleep a night, though last night I only had 2 or so, some nights are worse than others.  We really, really want this baby, if it's better that I not withdraw from the drugs in the 1st trimester then I guess I'll take the Temgesic, even though I really, really don't want to, I just want this baby to be healthy.  

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Please know more pills you have been off them for 5 days the physical is about over.For the rls take hot baths it stops it for a short time and a hot shower right before you jump in bed.If getting 4 or 5 hours sleep a night that is good on the nights you don't is there any way you can rest during the day? Just resting your body is important.
You also need to make a Dr. appointment like tomorrow and be up front and honest with your Dr.
