i am on day 10 after 3 plus years of 30 to60 mil. per day 75% better still sleepless nights restless legs. great family support went cold turkey after 35 days of blackmarket suboxone .thought i had it beat only to detox from suboxone . think i would do things differnt maybe taper off would have been better. thank GOD for HIS grace and mercy . I thought i was in controle at first then guess what  glad i made the decision can't wait till summer. hope to feel 100%

Thanks mark. Justneedtotalk , I feel you. Though overall I am so much happier I still have moments that suck. Though they have been shorter lived and a lot fewer.
I had a really bad couple of days with back pain. I could have easily found some but I made it. The pain was almost a ten! And like a switch it stopped. I guess that will be the norm until I get back in shape.
My energy is good not great yet but getting better. Sleep has been really good.

Congrats everyone!!!! Im here to tell you that it will get better and better everyday!!!! Im into my 2nd year clean, and it is great!!!  However, PLEASE make sure you stay strong allways, because there will be temptations along the way!!! old buddies,"hey ya want some pills" or thru injury's, so just stay strong and keep up the GREAT work!!!! AWESOME!!! and also please come back to help the others that are just beginning!! You guys will be a inspiration to many!!! ;)

Congrats......We are basically at the same point in detox.  I am still fighting some lingering wrestlessness and mild energy loss....My ambition and drive is coming back ten fold though.....I feel 100% better than I did three weeks ago and I feel 1000% better than I did while taking the pills.....It is such a sobering feeling to look back and see just how crappy that life was.....We no longer have to afford, procure, ration, and worst of all detox when supply was low!  Well, congrats!  A month is a huge milestone and it will REALLY start getting better from here!
