Level of Methodone and other drugs

I would like to know how much a blood level of Methodone at 0.0693 mg/L, nordiazepam 0.033 mg/L, alprazolam 0.115 mg/L, and alpha-oh-alprazolam 0.025 mg/L. If these are the levels six to eight hours after ingesting, how much (approximately) would have been originally been ingested (40 mg, 80 mg, 240 mg etc)? Also, how would the other drugs interact with methodone at this level and the original level (approx). To my untrained eye, these levels look relativley small. Also, is there a way to tell (by examination or labs done by a physician) of someone is a recreational user of any of the above drugs vs addiction or long time user? I hope someone can help answer these questions or direct me to another site!!

You won't get the answers you need here. I am sure there are ways to tell how much of something is in ones system. And I am sure you can tell if someone is an addict by simply withdrawing the med. If you think someone is on Methadone then if they stopped it, they would go into wd. from it. What it is you want to know. The people here can't answer those lab questions, your not in the right place. We are all recovering addicts and people trying to get clean. Sorry.

not sure what the lab values would be...but if thay show up on the labs then they were injested. are these prescribed for this person? is the person swallowing the pills, snorting them? not sure if this helps but you can try the mayo clinic site. (check with the drug and supplements tab) but methadone and xanax aren't to be taken lightly.
