Lifeline Day 11
This forum is my lifeline today...I'm working from home and I always have this forum running in the background and continue to check in throughout the day. It just keeps me going...
Heading to an AA meeting tonight, it will be my 4th this week....
Thank you everyone.....if I didn't think that what I am feeling is normal, I am certain I would have picked up by this time...and THAT is scary....

Odaat, my daughter and I are heading to an AA meeting tonight ourselves. It's the big Sunday get together. The recovering addict and alcoholic is our addiction's worst enemy. When I stay alone with my own thinking my addiction becomes cunning, baffling and powerful. This particular meeting is big church parrish hall full of people in recovery, an entire army against my addiction.
My heartfelt gratitude again my friends, I thank you for another day of my sobriety. I am going to bed with a thankful heart and a prayer for all of us.

I looked into going to an na meeting, but there were none in my area..so I'm with you! I'm on here all day long! We got this!
