I finally got the courage to tell my husband.

I told him awhile ago and truly that was the hardest thing I've ever had to do..........he didn't yell or anything but he's very quiet. He said he was afraid I would do something to myself while he was gone, and I told him that would never happen as I have too much to live for.

Thank goodness I told him, now that weight is off my shoulders and I told him I needed his support in this and that I can't do it alone.

I told him everything, didn't hold anything back. Thank you all so much for all you've done to help me and I know I have to go through those horrid WD's all over again..........I need a swift kick in my patoot.

Cissy.

I needed the kick in the patoot, but today I am going through the WD's and feel so bad. My husband is better today, he's talking more I just don't think he understands to what degree I am addicted as he is scared of my giving up the pills as he sees the pain I am in.

What you di was a very difficult thing, you should be proud of yourself.  You are in the right place here and you will continue to get support.  Take things one day at a time.
