Did ya ever think this day would arrive? 9 WHOLE MONTHS!!! Woohoo!!
From the very first time I started reading your posts....I felt a special "kinship" to you, Vic. I met you as "vvic...idaho"....and watched you transform into VICourageous. You have always been so REAL....and your big heart showers love on so many addicts still suffering on this journey.
We both found this forum after we were close to 60 days clean and we both detoxed off a drug cocktail of 3 drugs. You, like me, are not a "city
girl"....but live in the wild....lol We both love the old Westerns and all the simplicity that those "old days" represent. You endeared me to you from the very start, Vic. Your sense of humor and willingness to share even when you aren't at the top of your game.....makes you quite special.
Wish I could be at your meetings with you.....so I could whoop and holler as you get your chip/keychain. You have made it thru a rough patch and have come out even stronger.....thank you for all you are and all you do~

hi Vickie, hi Angela omg congratulations from the bottom of my heart to both of you amazing laydeez! you have both been an incredible source of inspiration, hope, and strength to me. I can't possibly begin to recount how many times each of you has cheered me up and comforted me when I was down and how much you have both shown me the good that lies ahead. Detoxing at home was hard enough....cannot even imagine doing it in a big rig in such a small space! You deserve major kudos for that alone!!
