To all of you

First off all I would like to say thank you to everyone who answered my posts. It is such a relief to know that there are other people out there in a similiar perdictment, although I wish all of you never had to feel even one moment of withdrawl. I can only hope my experiences will help someone in the future to avoid this particular hell. I also wanted to ask if any of you ever took or heard anything about a supplement called withdrawal-ease. I keep seeing advertisements for it and was thinking about giving it a shot. Like I said before if my mind would not frantically race all the time I think I would be better equip to face anything. I'm also real frustrated with the lack of energy I seem to have. I want to do things, but it takes so much to motivate myself. The last time I got off the subs it was summer and I would take long drives to the beach or AC and just walk around. Now sometimes I feel trapped in my own house. This time also I want to talk to the doctor about, I think it's called Naltrexone. I could be wrong, it's the inhibitor in subs that doesn't make you crave opiates. Like I said I'm not trying to get high, well high on life, I'm just trying to get into a somewhat productive routine. I feel like I'm in a constant state of chaos.

Thanks again for your wonderful comments. Please know that you are all amazing and there will be a bright light at the end of the opiate tunnel. Blessings to all of you and yours.

Not only do I have wonderful people to talk to in this forum, but I got cat lovers as well, and that makes everything a little nicer. Fortunately I'm having a really nice day today, stress free thus far, but I can't predict the future. At least I know I have kind souls to talk to if I need it and that makes a world of difference. Please know you always have me as well.

Your right, everyday is someones first day. Mine was yesterday and although I felt like an idiot you all took me in and that is more than I can say for most people. I am lucky. Thanks again for your positive thoughts and comments.

No i never heard of the rare talking cat I need me one of those. I actually have 3 hairless cats. 2 Egyptian Sphynxs, hence the name. And one Russian Seal Mink Van. He's in my pics if you want to check him out. He's the baby. The other two are girls. Patience and Kiwi. Kiwi has a little fuzz on her kinda like the fruit. Baldwin, the boy. Is what we call stickybald, when you pet him your hand sticks to him. When he was a baby, he looked like a little piece of a uncooked purdue chicken. They are good company.

Thanks for recognizing what a great guy I am, I almost forgot after the 5 bank robberies and the kidnapping attempt.... Whew!! What was I thinking? LOL. Joking everyone, don't go calling the FBI on me now.

Well Trin, I will be here for you too. Keep up all the great work.

cats say hi? Ok, maybe I stumbled into the wrong forum. LOL. I have cats, very rare ones. that cost a fortune.... they don't speak. All they do is eat, sleep, and ****.... and not in that order. I feeling a little ripped off right now. LOL.

John

P.s. Trinity, good luck with everything. I have an ear if you need one. Actually I have two.

Oh my gosh I am so demented. I'm trying to get you as a friend but my computer is doing something funky. I'm computer illiterate so it my be me. I'm going to try this again. At any rate thank you for the invite. I'm so thankful I stumbled upon this chat room. Do you ever feel an overwhelming need to help people who now struggle? I do. I'm not sure if you read about shoegirl but she is going to switch to methadone. I know it's her choice, but I hope she doesn't go down the same path I find myself on at one time. If I'm breaking rules talking about others I am sorry.

P.s My cats say hi( I know, I'm ridiculous)

I simply had to tell you you have the best icon I've ever seen. Thanks I don't think I'm going to waste my money, it's 80 dollars, too much for something that's not a really a sure thing.

I've heard the withdrawal ease doesn't really help. Someone once mentioned that a lot of the ingredients were that of the amino acid protocol. Have you tried the protocol? If not, I would highly recommend it. Granted, there is no painless way to get through withdrawals but it does help speed up the whole process in my opinion. Also, eating healthy, pushing the good fluids, and exercise will make a world of difference. Especially the exercise. Even if it's just a short walk around the block at first, it really does help.
Just hang in there and know with each passing day it will get better and better.
Best of luck to you!
Brian
