When does the physical part of this end???

Day 4. With the exception of the gastrointestinal symptoms, I am doing pretty well. Some anxiety and of course, cravings. I slept really well last night and that was a huge relief!

But, seriously, the stomach symptoms are making me miserable. How long do they last? I'm not sure how much longer I can take this part.

Dedfinitely try spome Imodium.  It will help with your stomach issues and will also help other withdrawal symptoms as well.

Oh yeah the fun tummy stuff! Imodium works great. It was the only way I was able to stay out of the bathroom if I had to go some where. It will get better very soon! That is great that you are feeling better today and it will keep getting better honey! You have got this :)

Oh you're not kidding there. Day 5 and doing about the same as you. But I actually had to leave work today because I had a little accident in my friggin pants. So embarrassing.

To top things off, I had a couple beers to take the edge off my anxiety and now my stomach is really paying for it.  I shouldn't play with alcohol either, because I've had my issues with that as we'll.

A little nerve racking but we're holding on
