Yup that is right day 10 people :) this can be done :) just set your mind and spirit to it and you can make it daily without use of those damn pills!!  I feel great and owe a huge thanks to everyone on here for the support it has helped so much and I will continue to post my success along the way

Thanks so much you are are amazing :) I actually just had a emotional breakdown and started crying :( all over the house being a wreck and feeling overwhelmed all at once.......oh how life cannot be put on hold during times like these .I hope tomorrow goes better in the evening!!
