sorry about the relapse..it happens, pick yourself up and get serious about doing this for the LAST time.  are you getting any aftercare?  it is often the difference between success and failure...you have to get some tools and learn to use them to win this war!!  good luck and stick around.

Just dont get disappointed enough to lose sight of want you want......I couldnt even count the number of times that I relapsed.......but I kept at it and now I have some real clean time under my belt.   You already know the drill.......and you also know that you can do it - - now just need to extend those clean days until they add up to months and then years!!  And you can do it......keep in touch with people here that know exactly what you are going through....
